The Back to Human logo shows how the individual is deeply and inextricably embedded in the larger system. Improving the quality of the connection between individual and system is the focus of my work and the critical ingredient of effective organisational cultures and performance.
Back to Human was created to help companies and leaders become better versions of themselves and, by doing so, positively impact every stakeholder they touch.
The recipe for doing this requires a strong grasp of human psychology as well as of 21st century leadership and organisational challenges. At Back to Human, both are combined to create a clear roadmap for increasing the effectiveness of company cultures.
If we zoom further out, we see that the world of work is changing. Companies are increasingly expected not only to maximise profit, but also to become better caretakers of employees, customers, communities, and even of the planet. The demands placed on leaders are more complex now than they have ever been.
Shifting our view of company purpose from profit-maximisation to holistic stewardship requires significant changes at the organisational and individual levels. Some of these changes are easy to spot and modify, while others are hidden, emotional, and more difficult to engage.
Back to Human's mission is to support each of its clients with the more difficult, deeply-rooted, hidden, and uniquely human challenges that stand in the way of their natural growth and evolution.
